Tanuku industrial park being developed

West Godavari district Collector P Prashanthi said that the Industrial park in Tanuku is being developed at a cost of Rs 9.87 crore and all needed infrastructure is being provided.
Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy laid the foundation stones for the establishment of industries, food processing units and inaugurated some industries virtually on Wednesday. A programme was organized here on the occasion. Collector P Prashanthi and other officials participated in the programme.
Speaking on the occasion, Collector Prashanthi said that all needed basic amenities including roads, greenery, social forestry, water harvesting are being provided and CC roads and drains are being constructed in the industrial park in Tanuku and the Collector unveiled the plaque in this regard in the video conference hall on Wednesday flanked by Industrial Estate president Vanka Rajkumari.
The Collector said that the incentives provided by the state government for the establishment of food processing and industries should be taken advantage of by young men and women by establishing units. Collector Prashanthi said that the state government is giving good encouragement to the establishment of industries and permits are being granted in one day through a single window.
APIIC Zonal Manager K Babji, Deputy Zonal Manager YVK Subba Rao, Industrial promotion officer J Sripathi and other officials were present.
