Rangareddy District Collector C Narayana Reddy conducted a surprise inspection at Telangana Social Welfare Girls Residential School in Narsingh, Gandipet Mandal, on Saturday. During the visit, he interacted with students and reviewed the quality of food being served to them.
The District Collector inspected the meals prepared for the students and instructed the food preparation staff to maintain hygiene and take necessary precautions to prevent contamination. He also examined the food supplies, vegetables, and other stored goods in the dining hall, classrooms, surroundings, and store room. He inquired whether students were receiving meals as per the prescribed menu.
Emphasising the importance of education, the Collector advised teachers to clarify any doubts students have in each subject. With the 10th class board examinations approaching, he urged teachers to complete the syllabus on time and conduct revision classes. He also suggested identifying students struggling in specific subjects and conducting special classes for them. He stressed the need for quality teaching to ensure that all SSC students pass with top grades.
The District Collector was accompanied by the Narsing Municipal Commissioner and other officials during the inspection.
