Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, Union Minister Jayant Chaudhary, Telangana Industries Minister Sridhar Babu and several other state leaders, officials and dignitaries attended the event.
Speaking at the India Pavilion, Sridhar emphasised the collective strength of India’s federal structure.
“Bringing all states under a single banner showcases our unity in diversity. Together, we hope to make India a superpower, elevating humanity to the highest level,” he stated.
Sridhar highlighted Telangana’s achievements under Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s leadership, noting the state’s remarkable strides in technology, biotech, agro-processing and skill development.
“Last year, our new government successfully attracted substantial investments, reflecting Telangana’s image as a hub for cutting-edge technologies,” he said.
The Minister added that TG now focuses on emerging sectors like alternative energy and disruptive technologies.
Telangana’s contributions to the nation’s progress were stressed during his speech. “Telangana produces 33% of the world’s vaccines and ranks among the top in agro-processing,” the Minister stated.
He highlighted the TG government’s efforts to make Telangana a leader in technology, employment and skill-building while striving to create a robust foundation for India’s future.
Sridhar also shared the state’s ambitious vision of becoming a one-trillion-US Dollar economy under Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s leadership.
“With Telangana already ranked number one in per capita income, we aim to drive India’s growth story by inviting global investors to participate in our journey,” he said.
The event provided a significant opportunity for Telangana to showcase its strengths and commitment to innovation. “We welcome everyone to join hands with Telangana in building a vibrant and progressive India,” the Minister concluded.
The grand inauguration of the India Pavilion set a strong tone for the summit, with leaders and industry representatives from across the country and the world coming together to chart a course for global collaboration and sustainable development.
