Telangana has bagged many investment deals and partnerships during the World Economic Forum 2025 in Davos. Led by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and IT & Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu, the delegation held high-level meetings with global industry leaders resulting in many agreements.
Unilever CEO Hein Schumacher has agreed to establish a palm oil factory and refining unit in Kamareddy district. Unilever announced that it will also establish a bottle cap manufacturing unit to meet the demand for caps used in liquid packaging.
The CM highlighted Telangana’s strategic location, ease of doing business and sustainable policies during the discussions.
“We are here to support Unilever’s growth in Telangana. This partnership will grow alongside our commitment to sustainability and fairness for people and the planet,” Revanth said.
Sridhar Pinnapureddy, the CEO of CtrlS Datacenters, signed an MoU with the Telangana Government to invest a Rs 10,000 crore facility in Hyderabad. This will be Asia’s largest data hub with a 612 MW capacity, cementing Telangana’s leadership in digital infrastructure.
Industries Minister Sridhar Babu said that data is the new oil and together we’re driving the future of tech and growth in Telangana.
The Telangana Government signed an MoU with Hyderabad-based Skyroot Aerospace for an integrated rocket manufacturing and testing facility, with an investment of Rs 500 crore. This facility will be one of the largest private-sector initiatives in space technology.
Revanth Reddy expressed his happiness saying, “The partnership with Skyroot underscores Telangana’s strategic focus on space and aerospace. Hyderabad will soon become the focal point of private-sector space programmes.”
Skyroot co-founder Pawan Kumar Chandana praised the Telangana Government’s vision, stating, “This is a great time for Telangana, and we are excited to contribute to its remarkable journey.”
Tarek Sultan, the Chairman of Agility met Industries Minister Sridhar Babu to discuss sustainable income-generating initiatives for farmers.
Chief Growth Officer Su Le, explored opportunities in the semiconductor industry and praised Telangana’s policies.
Eng. Khalid Mohammed Al-Salem, President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, assured keen interest in Telangana’s investment ecosystem.
Discussions were held on expanding the group’s hub-and-spoke model in Telangana with land identification underway.
