The Telangana Rising delegation led by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy landed at Zurich in Switzerland on Monday. The Telangana diaspora accorded a warm welcome to the CM’s delegation at the Zurich Airport.
The delegation will attend the World Economy Forum annual conference at Davos. The CM is accompanied by IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu and senior Industries Department officials.
The AP delegation led by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu also reached the airport at the time when Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s team landed. The two CMs and Ministers were seen engrossed in a brief interaction and also took pics.
“A meeting with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu at the Zurich airport waiting lounge on Monday had us discuss the future of our two states. In a brief but mutually respectful discussion, we both shared our visions for our respective states,” the CM said.
“Two States, One Spirit. The Telugu community must shine globally. It was a pleasure to meet you,” the Andhra Pradesh CM said.
The CM is scheduled to meet several industrialists on the first day of the Davos Conference. The CM’s delegation focused on the Davos visit with a specific plan to project Telangana to the world as an international investment destination.
As part of that, the Chief Minister’s team will hold discussions with representatives of global companies and will also invite them to make investments in Telangana.
