The TG Government said that vacant lands and completed or partially completed flats under the Rajiv Swagruha scheme and the Housing Board will be auctioned publicly.
Housing Board Commissioner VP Gautam said the move is part of a larger effort to provide affordable housing, especially around the ORR and in select districts.

The move follows approval by a Cabinet Subcommittee formed to oversee resource generation. A formal notification is expected by June 20, with officials already preparing the groundwork.
Under Rajiv Swagruha, properties in 11 locations in various districts, including completed flats, partially built apartment towers, and open plots, will be auctioned.

The Housing Board will also auction open plots and vacant lands in four of its locations. Commissioner VP Gautam urged interested buyers to use this opportunity, stating that all properties are dispute-free and available at affordable prices.

Rajiv Swagruha Properties: Rangareddy District: 514 open plots in Thorrur, 20 in Kurmaguda, three in Chandanagar, and 159 completed flats in Bandlaguda.

Medchal-Malkajgiri District: Five unfinished towers in Gajularamaram; 601 completed flats and multiple unfinished flats in six towers at Pocharam; 69 open plots at Bahadurpally.

Mahabubnagar District: 111 open plots at Potulamadugu and 45 at Amistapur.

Khammam District: Eight unfinished towers and 3.38 acres of vacant land at Polepally.

The government will auction entire towers, each comprising roughly 100 to 150 flats, as single units for big residential or institutional developers.

Housing Board Properties:

KPHB Colony Phase IV: Seven acres and 33 guntas of vacant land, plus two open plots (4598 sq. yds. and 2420 sq. yds.), to be auctioned via e-auction.

Nampally: 1148 sq. ft. of vacant land.

Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar: 2605 sq. yds. linked to an incomplete community hall will be auctioned.

The Community Hall at Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar: A nearly completed structure (cellar + stilt + G+1), with 22,285 sq. ft. built-up area and 37,070 sq. ft. parking space, will be auctioned for function hall purposes.
