They all quit BRS to contestLok Sabha polls unsuccessfully

All candidates, barring Kavya, who quit the BRS and contested the Lok Sabha polls tasted defeat. Kavya is the daughter of Kadiam Srihari.
After the Assembly election results, sitting MP of Chevella Ranjit Reddy quit the BRS and joined the Congress. He contested again from Chevella but suffered defeat at the hands of BJP rival Konda Visweswar Reddy.
Zaheerabad Sitting MP BB Patil also quit the BRS and joined the BJP and tried his luck at the hustings but tasted defeat at the hands of Congress rial Suresh Shetkar.
Sunita Mahender Reddy, who quit the BRS, contested as Congress candidate from Malkajgiri Lok Sabha constituency was trounced by BJP leader Eatala Rajender.
Nagarkarnool sitting MP Ramulu quit from the BRS and joined the BJP. His son Bharat contested on BJP ticket but was defeated by Congress leader Mallu Ravi.
Khairatabad legislator resigned from BRS to join the Congress and later contested from Secunderabad Lok Sabha seat. He tasted defeat at the hands of BJP Minister G Kishan Reddy.
Sanampudi Saidi Reddy who quit the BRS to contest as MP candidate from Nalgonda seat was trounced by Kanduru Raghuveer Reddy with a margin of over 5.51 lakh votes.
