Tiranga rally extends solidarity with Army

The Tank Bund was crowded with people carrying Indian flags, taking part in the Tiranga rally organised by the BJP on Saturday, extending solidarity with the Army.

Citizens from all sections of society, like doctors, lawyers, and teachers, participated in large numbers. Karate students, NCC cadets, army veterans, women’s groups, Brahma Kumaris, students, BJP leaders and cadres participated in the rally irrespective of party affiliations.

Former vice president M. Venkaiah Naidu, and former governor Ch. Vidyasaagar Rao participated in the rally besides Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy, BJP MLAs, MPs, and MLCs.

The Tank Bund echoed with Bharath Mata ki Jai slogans. The rally was held from the Dr BR Ambedkar statue to Swamy Vivekananda statue.

However, the followers of MRPS founder president, Manda Krishna Madiga, shifted him to a hospital as he had suffered an injury.
