TPCC spokesperson Boreddy Ayodya is CMO’s new CPRO

The government decided to appoint TPCC spokesperson Boreddy Ayodya Reddy as the Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) in the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) on Tuesday. The official announcement will be made in a day or two.
Journalist turned politician Ayodya Reddy belongs to Turkapally village in Yadadri Bhongir district.
He completed schooling at the ZPHS in Thurkapally village and did Intermediate at the Government Junior College in Jagdevpur, degree in SLNS Degree College, Bhongir, MCJ at the Telugu University and LL.B at the KV Rangareddy Law College.
He started his journalism career in Thurkapally as a contributor to Telugu daily ‘Udayam.’ Later, he became Prajashakthi Reporter and Bureau in-charge and later an Editorial Board member. After that he worked for ‘Andhra Jyothy’ and ‘Sakshi’ Telugu dailies. Ayodya Reddy actively participated in the Telangana movement.
Ayodya Reddy quit journalism in 2018, joined the Congress and has been working as a full-time politician under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. He has been functioning as the TPCC’s official spokesperson.
He has also worked as the media committee convener for Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra in Telangana. Ayodya Reddy was the Congress War Room Coordinator during the recent TS elections.
Speaking on the occasion, Ayodya Reddy said that he will do his new job as per the directions of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.
