Traffic cops facilitate green chanel for live organ

The Hyderabad Traffic Police provided seamless movement for an ambulance carrying a live heart organ on Wednesday. The Hyderabad Traffic Police arranged a Green Channel to transport the live organ from Yashoda Hospital in Malakpet to Apollo Hospital in Jubilee Hills.
The distance between Yashoda Hospital, Malakpet, and Apollo Hospital, Jubilee Hills, is approximately 13.46 kilometers, which was covered in just 21 minutes. The medical team, accompanied by the live organ, left from Yashoda Hospital at 10:16 am and arrived at Apollo Hospital at 10:37 am.
The efforts of the Hyderabad Traffic Police in ensuring the smooth transportation of the live organ were highly appreciated by the managements of both the hospitals. This initiative plays a crucial role in saving a precious life. In the year 2023 alone, the Hyderabad Traffic Police have facilitated organ transport on seven occasions.
