Tributes were paid to departed senior journalist CHVM Krishna Rao by journalists affiliated with the Democratic Journalist Forum here on Monday.
A meeting was organized here to pay tributes to the departed Journalist Krishna Rao, presided over by Democratic Journalist Forum district convener Dr.Nukathoti Ravi Kumar.
Speaking on the occasion Ravi Kumar recalled that Krishna Rao brought laurels to English and Telugu journalism. He said that Krishna Rao worked at Eenadu, Andhra Prabha, Andhra Bhoomi, Deccan Chronicle, and The New Indian Express and carved a niche for himself in the field of journalism.
Krishna Rao also worked as an analyst in a new channel and he adopted an unbiased stand. Senior journalist Y Brahmanaidu recalled his association with Krishna Rao. Journalists Srinivasa Rao, A Surendra, Ubba Ashok, L Raju and Bharat were among those who participated in the meeting.
