BJP Rajya Sabha Member Dr K. Laxman said that the BJP’s Telangana unit President was changed to strengthen the party and that Sanjay was promoted and appointed as the party’s General Secretary. He said that only Sanjay got a seat in the BJP’s national team from south India.
Speaking to the media on Sunday, Laxman said that Telangana BJP leaders had discussed with Union Home Minister Amit Shah the party’s roadmap for the TS Assembly elections.
Laxman said that four leaders are joining if one leader quits the party and that the BJP will end KCR’s corrupt family rule. Giving six posts to a family is proof of anarchy, he said.
He said that the Congress gave Telangana state only after killing 1,600 youth but BRS leaders are claiming that they brought Telangana.
He said that the people of Telangana will not forget the fact that Congress was the reason for the suicides of 1,600 youth for a separate Telangana state.
He said that people have no faith in the Congress as the Congress is acting like a tail of the BRS.
He said that opposition parties are creating disturbance in Parliament to waste public money and that opposition parties are not cooperating with the Centre even though it is ready for a debate on the Manipur issue.
Laxman said that the true colour of the opposition will come out if a discussion takes place not only about the Manipur issue but also about attacks taking place on women and Dalits across the nation.
