Search interest for Kokapet was expressed by people from atleast 20states in the country, as per Google trends. NRI interests also have been high on Kokapet with searches from the United States of America, Canada, Europe, Australia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and Germany.
Interests for Mokila were expressed not only from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh but also Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi, and Bihar.
Across the world, Mokila was searched in the US, India, Singapore, the UAE, the UK, Australia, and Vietnam. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority(HMDA) said that due to positive response from investors, the auction of phase-II of Mokila layout would be taken up soon. Interest for Budwel were shown by people in the United States and India. In India, search interests were from Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. On Thursday, HMDA e-auction for 100 acres in Budvel is scheduled to be held. E-auction for 14 land parcels and minimum fixed price per acre Rs.20 crore. The government is reportedly expecting revenue of Rs3,000 crore.
