Two persons were killed and 15 were injured when a tractor-trailer on which they were travelling overturned at Goudu Guranti village in Mandasa mandal on Tuesday.
Police said that the accident took place when the tractor-trailer on which about 40 people were going to Patrapur village in Odisha state to attend a meeting, overturned.
The deceased were identified as Savara Dera (60) and Savara Magidi (52). Both the deceased belonged to Odisha state. The injured were admitted to the GGH in Palasa. The police registered a case and shifted the bogies to the GGH for postmortem.
