Union Minister promises efforts for airport in WG dist

Union Minister for State for Steel and Heavy Industries Bhupatiraju Srinivas Varma has promised efforts for the establishment of an airport in West Godavari district.
The Bhimavaram Chamber of Commerce organized a programme to felicitate the newly elected MLAs and MP here on Sunday. Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister said that 500 acres of land is required to construct an airport here.
Bhimavaram MLA Pulavarti Ramanjaneyulu said that they were ready to acquire 600 acres of land for the construction of the airport here.
The Union Minister assured that he would strive for the construction of an airport here. Narasapuram MLA Bommidi Naykar, Undi MLA Kanumuri Raghurama Krishnam Raju, Tadepalligudem MLA Bolishetti Srinivas, Janasena District President Kotikalapudi Govinda Rao and BJP District President Narni Tataji were among who were present. The Bhimavaram Chamber of Commerce felicitated them.
