After much wait and anticipation, the makers of the upcoming action film ‘Tejas’ have unveiled the official trailer of the film on the occasion of Indian Air Force Day, today. Starring Kangana Ranaut and Varun Mitra, the film revolves around the life of a Female Air Force pilot who’s passionate about serving her nation and wishes to instill a deep sense of pride in the soldiers of her country. For the unversed, The Indian Air Force (IAF) is the first of India’s defence forces to induct women into combat roles.
Speaking of the film’s trailer, we see Varun Mitra in the role of a musician who promises to unveil more layers to Tejas Gill’s character. The audience however will have to wait a little more to see more of him. Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut is seen in the titular role of ‘Tejas Gill’ – an Air Force Pilot, who wins hearts with her true spirit of patriotism.
Talking about his character further Varun Mitra said, “ Every actor always dreams to play the role of a rockstar and I’m glad I get to do it with a Arijit Singh’s song with this film. This character has been a special one for me and now I can’t wait for viewers to dive into the world of ‘Tejas’ with us.”
Promising a never-seen experience to the audiences, the ‘Tejas’ trailer has soared expectations higher from the film. Produced by RSVP, ‘Tejas’ is written and Directed by Sarvesh Mewara and produced By Ronnie Screwvala. The film is scheduled to hit the screens on 27th October, 2023.
