Vijay Deverakonda sets foot in Visakhapatnam for his latest movie. Teaming up with acclaimed director Gautham Tinnanuri, renowned for his work in the critically acclaimed Jersey, Deverakonda’s upcoming project, tentatively titled VD12, is poised to captivate audiences with its promise of compelling storytelling and gripping performances. The movie is billed to be a spy thriller.
After briefly turning his attention to director Parasuram’s Family Star, Deverakonda has redirected his focus towards his highly anticipated collaboration with Tinnanuri.
Amidst a surge of excitement from fans, the film’s production team officially announced the commencement of shooting in Visakhapatnam. Taking to social media, they shared, “The energy in Vizag is electrifying as @TheDeverakonda kicks off shooting for VD12 amidst a huge rally by fans! Fan love at its peak!”
Deverakonda’s arrival in Visakhapatnam was met with an outpouring of affection from his devoted admirers. A video released by the makers captured the actor being greeted with a profusion of flowers and an exuberant gathering of fans.
Sources say that Sreeleela will star opposite Vijay Deverakonda as the female lead in this movie, which has music by Anirudh. However, no official confirmation regarding the same has been made yet about the remaining cast and crew.
On the work front, the actor has also signed a film with producer Dil Raju, whose announcement was made official last week.
