Why all babus do not dread the CM’s Red Book

The book that babus in TS dread most is the ‘Red book’ containing a list of officials who had danced to the tunes of the erstwhile Bharat Rashtra Samithi government. Revanth Reddy himself revealed the sensitive contents of the Red Book during the election campaign. Bureaucratic circles are now discussing whether the Chief Minister has been going strictly by the Red Book. For, apart from the widely expected postings to the loop lines, there have been some notable surprises too. Former DGP Mahender Reddy, whom Revanth Reddy had attacked as opposition leader, has now been elevated to helm TS Public Service Commission. Ex-minister KT Rama Rao’s right-hand man Jayesh Ranjan accompanied the Chief Minister to Davos. The whispers in the corridors of power are whether some more skeletons will tumble soon.
