YSRTP President YS Sharmila is going to New Delhi on July 26 to meet the Congress high command. Now the question is whether Sharmila will discuss with the high command the merger of her party with the Congress or an alliance.
A Congress leader from Telangana said that there is no need for this much hype if it was only an alliance.
The discussions are being held only for merging the YSRTP with the Congress, he said on condition of anonymity.
Ponguelti Srinivas Reddy, Jupally Krishna Rao and K. Damodar Reddy are also meeting the Congress high command on the same day.
Meanwhile, Sharmila sharpened her criticism against the BRS and the BJP giving hints that she is going to join the Congress.
On Saturday Sharmila tweeted criticizing the BRS and the BJP severely.
