Minister for Roads and Buildings Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Saturday said that the name of Yadadri would be restored to its original name Yadagirigutta. A government order would be issued soon in this regard.
It may be recalled that local MLA and Government whip Beerla Ailayya made a statement in this regard.
In an informal chat with media here, Venkat Reddy responded to the issue of restoring to the original name of Yadagirigutta. He said that he requested Rahul Gandhi to contest from Bhongir. He exuded confidence that the Congress would capture Bhongir, Nalgonda and Khammam Lok Sabha seats.
