Yoo Ah-in denies charges of sexual assault

Yoo Ah-in, famous for his successful movie Burning, has been accused of sexual assault by a male individual. According to a report published by Soompi, an investigation into the matter has been initiated by the police. The lawyer representing the actor rejected the accusations, urging individuals to refrain from engaging in “unnecessary speculation.”
Yoo Ah-in’s lawyer, Park Jung Hyun, said, “The claims in the criminal complaint involving Yoo Ah-in are not true. Additionally, we ask that you refrain from unnecessary speculation regarding his personal life.”
The man alleged that the actor sexually assaulted him on July 14 while he was asleep at an apartment. It wasn’t owned by either the man or Yoo Ah-in. Allegedly, there were additional males at the scene. The reported incident occurred in the Yongsan District of Seoul.

The Seoul Yongsan Police Station confirmed that a 30-year-old man had filed a criminal complaint. The man was already interrogated by the police regarding the case. According to the report, he has tested positive for not using drugs.
