130 kg ganja seized, two held

The police seized 130 kg of ganja while being transported in an SUV at Dumbriguda village in Alluri Sitarama Raju district and arrested two persons. Paderu SEB DSP DVG Raju told the media that on a tip-off a police team conducted a checking of vehicles. They found 130 KGs of ganja was being transported in a specially made chamber on the roof of the vehicle. The police arrested Pangi Maheshwar belonging to Odisha state and K Ramesh belonging to ASR district and seized the ganja, the vehicle, and two mobile phones.
