In a significant administrative reshuffle, a total of 35 Deputy Collectors and District Revenue Officers (DROs) are set to assume new roles across the state of Andhra Pradesh. These transfers come into effect following the issuance of orders by Chief Secretary KS Jawahar Reddy through Government Order No. 1777 on Tuesday.
As part of this reshuffle, Deputy Collector S. Srinivasa Murthy’s services have been allocated to the Revenue (Endowments) Department, where he will assume the role of Executive Officer at Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Devasthanam in Simhachalam. Deputy Collector Vijaya Lakshmi Sanga, currently awaiting posting, will now serve in the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (PR & RD)
Department as Special Deputy Collector, SVAMITVA, under the Office of the Commissioner, PR & RD, Tadepalli.
B. Chinna Obulesu, another Deputy Collector awaiting posting, has been appointed as Special Collector for TGP in SPS Nellore.
P. Rohini, also awaiting posting, will join the Department for Women, Children, Differently Abled, and Senior Citizens as the Regional Joint Director for Women & Child Welfare in Kurnool.
V. Devender Reddy, awaiting posting, will take on the role of District Project Manager (DPM) for Disaster Management in SPS Nellore.
B. Padmavathi, another Deputy Collector awaiting assignment, will assume duties as the District Survey & Land Records Officer in Parvathipuam Manyam District, filling an existing vacancy.
V. Sailaja, Deputy Collector awaiting posting, will also be joining the Department for Women, Children, Differently Abled, and Senior Citizens, this time as the Regional Joint Director for Women & Child Development and Social Welfare in Guntur.
P. Sunitha Rani, yet another Deputy Collector awaiting posting, will take on the responsibilities of Special Deputy Collector in the General Administration (Vigilance & Enforcement) Department.
Deputy Collector GV Subba Reddy, who was also awaiting posting, will be serving in the Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA & UD) Department as Vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Ongole Urban Development Authority (OUDA).
K. Jhansi Lakshmi, another Deputy Collector in the waiting, has been appointed as the District Manager for Housing in West Godavari, by the Housing Department.
In a parallel move, P. Chennaiah, who was previously Personal Assistant to the Special Collector in PSVP Ongole, has been transferred and posted as the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) in Tadepalli Gudenm.
S. Lavanna, who held the position of Executive Officer at Bramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamyvari Devastanam in Srisailam under the Revenue (Endowments) Department, has been reassigned as an RDO in Guntakal, replacing J. Ravindra, who has been transferred.
Upon transfer, Deputy Collector J. Ravindra will now be serving in the Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies Department, taking on the role of District Manager for Civil Supplies in Ananthapuramu.
Khajavali Narasapuram SK, who served as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Secretary to the Chief Minister, has been transferred and appointed as an RDO in Eluru.
D. Peddi Raju, a Special Deputy Collector in T.R&B, Kadapa, will now serve as the Executive Officer at Bramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamyvari Devasthanam in Srisailam, following his transfer from the T.R & B Department.
T. Chandra Sekhar Naidu, previously serving as the Food Safety Officer (FSO) in Chittoor, has been transferred and appointed as the Estate Manager at the Visakhapatnam Port Trust.
Following his transfer, SV Nageswara Rao, Deputy Collector, has been directed to report to the General Administration (SC.B) Department for further posting. Similarly, K. Krishnaveni, another Deputy Collector, and C. Venkata Narayanamma, Deputy Collector, have also been directed to report to the General Administration (SC.B) and General Administration (SC.P) Departments, respectively, for further posting. B. Gayatri Devi, Deputy Collector, has received a similar directive to report to the General Administration (SC.B) Department after her transfer.
In another move, M. Ganapathi Rao, the District Revenue Officer (DRO) of Vizianagaram, has been transferred and appointed as DRO for Srikakulam, replacing M. Rajeswari, who has also been transferred. Upon transfer, M. Rajeswari, Deputy Collector, will report to the General Administration (SC.B) Department after completing her leave for further posting. SD Anitha, previously serving as a Special Deputy Collector in APIIC, Visakhapatnam, has had her services withdrawn from the Industries & Commerce Department and has been appointed as DRO for Vizianagaram.
K. Mohan Kumar, the DRO for NTR District, has been transferred and appointed as DRO for Visakhapatnam, replacing S. Srinivasa Murthy, who has been transferred to a new role.
M. Venkateswarlu, the DRO for Krishna, has been transferred and appointed as the DRO for Eluru, replacing AVSN Murthy, who has also been transferred.
Jinka Udaya Bhaskar, previously serving as the Food Safety Officer (FSO) in Krishna, has been transferred and appointed as the DRO for West Godavari, replacing K. Krishnaveni, who has been transferred.
M. Srinivas, who previously served as Member Secretary for the AP Medical Service Recruitment Board, has had his services withdrawn from the Health, Medical, and Family Welfare (HM & FW) Department and has been appointed as the DRO for NTR District.
P. Venkata Ramana, the DRO for Anakapalli, has been transferred and appointed as the DRO for Krishna District.
K. Lakshmi Siva Jyothi, the DRO for Bapatla, has been transferred and appointed as the DRO for SPS Nellore District, replacing C. Venkata Narayanamma, who has also been transferred.
N. Raja Sekhar, the DRO for Chittoor, has been transferred and appointed as the DRO for Ananthapuramu, replacing B. Gayatri Devi.
Penchala Kishore, previously serving as the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) in Eluru, has been transferred and appointed as the DRO for Tirupati in an existing vacancy.
T. Padmavathi, the Deputy Director of Land Acquisition (DDLA) for Ramayapatnam in SPS Nellore, has been transferred and appointed as the DRO for Chittoor.
B. Dayanidhi, Deputy Collector awaiting posting, has been appointed as the DRO for Anakapalli.
K. Madhusudhana Rao, a Special Deputy Collector at HPCL, Ananthapuramu, has been appointed as the DRO for Kurnool, replacing SV Nageswara Rao, who has been transferred. Additionally, AVSN Murthy has been posted as the DRO for Bapatla.
