8 Telangana MPs did not ask any questions in Parl

Eight Telangana MPs have not asked any questions during the monsoon session of Parliament as per the data on the Sansad web portal.

The BJP’s Soyam Bapu Rao and Sanjay, Congress’ Uttam Kumar Reddy and BRS’ Pasunoori Dayakar, and P. Ramulu of the Lok Sabha did not ask any question.

In the Rajya Sabha, K. Keshav Rao, J. Santosh Kumar and Divakonda Damodar did not ask any question during the 17th Lok Sabha’s 12th session. The MPs from Telangana together asked 335 questions.

The highest number of questions was asked by BRS leaders G. Ranjith Reddy and Srinivas Reddy at 32 each.

BRS MPs asked 160 questions in the Lok Sabha and 74 questions in the Rajya Sabha. The Congress asked 44 questions of which 28 questions were asked by Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and 16 by A. Revanth Reddy. Asaduddin Owaisi asked 22 questions.

Of the 35 questions asked by BJP Parliamentarians, 15 were by Dharmapuri Arvind and 20 by Dr Lakshma.

Arvind is the only MP in the Lok Sabha from the BJP to ask questions. Venkatesh Netha, K. Keshav Rao, Asaduddin Owaisi, Sanjay, Revanth Reddy and Nama Nageshwar Rao spoke in Parliament.
