Raise TG issues in Parl

The All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary, KC Venugopal, asked Telangana Congress MPs to become active in state politics.
He said that Congress MPs should raise issues connected to Telangana in Parliament and participate in debates. He advised TG Congress MPs to encourage the good things in the state and control bad things while being active in politics.
Telangana Congress MPs Mallu Ravi, Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy, Balaram Naik, Suresh Shetkar, Ramasahayam Raghuram Reddy, Gaddam Vamshi Krishna and Kadiam Kavya met KC Venugopal at his Parliament office on Thursday.
Addressing them Venugopal said that the Congress is not telling what it has done to the people.

He asked the MPs to tell people about what the Congress Government has done, it is learnt.
He asked the Telangana Congress MPs Forum Convenor Mallu Ravi to conduct get-togethers frequently to discuss freely all issues connected to the party, it is learnt.
“This kind of get-togethers will develop good relations between me and you. Get-togethers will definitely help to chalk out strategies for strengthening the party. I will try to make Rahul Gandhi attend your get-togethers,” KC Venugopal said.
Mallu Ravi explained the recent political developments in Telangana regarding the budget, the BC caste census, integrated schools and other initiatives taken by the Congress Government in Telangana and about the commitments made before elections, it is learnt.
Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy appealed to Venugopal to make Rahul Gandhi exert pressure on Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the 42 per cent BC Reservations Bill and the SC Classification Bill and get them passed in Parliament, it is learnt.
He also asked Venugopal to make Rahul Gandhi give time to meet the Prime Minister regarding these two Bills, it is learnt.
