Bollywood actors Sanjay Dutt and Shilpa Shetty are in Hyderabad to promote their upcoming Kannada film KD The Devil. The high-budget film stars Kannada actor Dhruva Sarja in the lead and is produced by Venkat K Narayana under the KVN Productions banner. Prem is directing the film, with Reeshma Nanaiah as the female lead. Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty, and Nora Fatehi play prominent roles.
The teaser of the film was launched on Thursday in a grand event in Hyderabad.
“I share a special bond with Hyderabad. I’ve worked with many people here, and I absolutely love the food in this city. I’m currently working on a film with Prabhas, and I’m trying to learn Telugu there,” said Sanjay Dutt, adding that he’s a huge fan of Chiranjeevi. “Producer Venky and Suprith are extremely passionate about cinema, which is why they were able to bring such a grand film to life,” he said. He also praised director Prem as “a wonderful and humble person,” and appreciated Reeshma Nanaiah’s performance.

“Dhruva is like a younger brother to me. I wish him great success. It’s always full of energy working with Shilpa Shetty,” he added.
Dhruva Sarja, in turn, expressed his admiration for Sanjay Dutt and Shilpa Shetty. “I admire Sanjay Dutt sir a lot, and it was a joy working with him. It’s always a pleasure working with talented actors like Shilpa Shetty, who even helps correct our performances on set,” he said, also calling Reeshma “a very good actress.”
Shilpa Shetty fondly recalled her debut. “My debut film wasn’t in Hindi—it was in Telugu. I did Sahasaveerudu Sagara Kanya. Ever since then, the Telugu audience has always showered me with love,” she said. “Every film I’ve done with Sanjay Dutt has been a hit. I hope this trend continues. This film has all the commercial elements, and Prem has directed it with a lot of heart,” she added.
