ncredible Husk International, a UK-based agricultural firm, on Sunday announced that it would invest $25 million in Telangana.
A delegation of the firm led by Keith Ridgeway, the CEO, met IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao in London to discuss the establishment of their husk pallets and plastic recycling unit in Telangana.
During the meeting, the delegation informed that with an investment of $25 million, their proposed manufacturing unit will produce up to 1000 Metric Tonnes  per annum of bio-pallets. The company also expressed interest in collaborating with the Government of Telangana to lay down a roadmap for a cooperative model for collecting husk and reused plastic in the state.
Minister KTR assured them of necessary support from the Telangana government for their proposed venture in the state.
