Suspended BRS leader Jupally Krishna Rao, former MLA Gurnath Reddy, Pedda Mandadi MPP Megha Reddy and BRS MLC Damodar Reddy’s son Rajesh Reddy are going to join the Congress on Wednesday in the presence of AICC President Mallikarjuna Kharge, it is learnt.
These leaders went to New Delhi on Tuesday.
Jupally and other Mahbubnagar district leaders had planned to join the Congress at the public meeting in Kollapur.
But the meeting was cancelled due to heavy rains. Jupally and others decided to join the Congress without any further delay as elections are nearing.
TPCC President Revanth Reddy and others are in New Delhi already.
