KCR will not give B-Forms to 50 per cent of the candidates announced by him and will refuse tickets to half of the 115 candidates citing one or the other reason, BJP General Secretary Bandi Sanjay Kumar said.
He said that KCR is trying out gimmicks to prevent his cadres from deserting him and that election surveys indicate that the BRS will get only 25 seats. The Karimnagar MP reiterated that KCR is fielding 30 Congress leaders and funding them and added that KCR would enact new dramas to attract Hindu votes.
Sanjay said that the list of candidates announced by KCR is a hoax one and that KCR has been inviting leaders, who did not get tickets, to his residence for deliberations rather than the leaders he gave tickets to.
Speaking to the media at Karimnagar on Friday, Sanjay said that KCR will promise lands to the poor even on the moon to win elections. “If KCR gives a ticket to Kavitha, it is like giving 33 per cent of the tickets to women,” he said.
Sanjay asked KCR to make it clear how much priority he is giving to women in his Cabinet and how many tickets he has given to them in the first list announced on August 21.
Sanjay said that many BRS leaders are ready to join the BJP as surveys indicate that the BRS is going to lose the elections.
