DSP dies of cardiac arrest on Tirumala stepway

Deputy Superintendent of Police (Intelligence) Krupakar died of cardiac arrest while going to Tirumala on foot on the stepway.
Police said that the deceased DSP Krupakar (59) was deployed for the security duty of Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is visiting Tirumala shrine on Sunday.
The DSP suffered cardiac arrest at the 1,805th step on the stepway leading to Tirumala shrine. He was immediately shifted to the Aswini hospital where he was declared dead. Krupakar belonged to Poranki village near Vijayawada.
