Adipurush was without a doubt one of the year’s most anticipated films. It was based on the Ramayana, India’s most famous and respected epic. The film had it all: a star-studded ensemble led by Prabhas and Kriti Sanon, a popular director in Om Raut, and lines by Manoj Muntashir. The picture was expected to be a box office smash, but it wasn’t.
