Harish condemns attack on BRS MLA’s house

Former Minister T Harish Rao described the regime in Telangana as jungle raj and alleged that the Rayalaseema faction conditions are likely to prevail in Telangana.
Condemning the attack on the BRS MLAs at a media conference at Gomaram village in the residence of MLA Sunita Lakshmareddy  along with other BRS leaders on Monday, Harish Rao condemned the attack of alleged Congress goons on the house of senior BRS MLA and former minister Sunita Lakshma Reddy.
He demanded that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy accept responsibility for launching of attacks by what he said Congress goons on BRS office in Siddipet and MLA Kaushik Reddy in Hyderabad and now on the house of Sunita Lakshma Reddy.
The CM has been provoking the Congress activists to attack the Opposition leaders, he alleged and demanded immediate arrest of the “Congress goons”.
Did any attack take place on the Opposition MLAs’ houses during the 10-year rule of the BRS?, he said.
If the police fail to contain such attacks, there is every likelihood of Rayalaseema faction conditions prevailing in Telangana, he said.
The DGP should immediately respond and take those who were responsible for such attacks into custody, he said. If the DGP fails to take action, he threatened to lay seige to the DGP’s office along with the BRS rank and file.
