Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Panchayat Raj K Pawan Kalyan hailed the BJP’s landslide victory in Delhi, stating that voters had reposed confidence in Prime Minister Narendra Modi and supported the party.
In a statement issued here on Saturday, Pawan Kalyan said that Modi’s leadership is steering the country towards development, with a vision to make India a developed nation by 2047. He praised the Prime Minister for prioritising both welfare and economic growth to strengthen the country’s financial system.
“At this juncture, the BJP alliance’s resounding victory in the Delhi Assembly elections is a welcome development. With a double-engine government and inclusive development, welfare initiatives in the national capital will reach the grassroots.
The BJP’s promises for Delhi’s development will be fulfilled, and the assurances made through the Viksit Sankalp Patra have been well received by the people,” he observed.
He further noted that Delhi’s voters were confident about the implementation of welfare schemes and the delivery of good governance. He credited Union Home Minister Amit Shah for understanding the aspirations of Delhiites, stating that his vast political experience had contributed to the BJP’s success. He also lauded BJP national president JP Nadda for effectively leading the coalition.
