Elaborate arrangements for secretaries’ meet on Feb 11

Principal Secretary (Political) Mukesh Kumar Meena has directed officials to make elaborate arrangements for the Secretaries’ meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 11, at the State Secretariat. On Saturday, he reviewed the preparations being made for the meeting.
Meena emphasised that since Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and ministers from all departments would be attending, all necessary precautions should be taken to ensure seamless arrangements. He particularly stressed the importance of seating arrangements as per protocol and ensuring that department secretaries are accessible to their respective ministers.
He stated that secretaries from all departments would present progress reports and future plans through PowerPoint presentations. He instructed officials to ensure that all televisions and microphones in the meeting hall are functioning properly and to take measures to prevent any power disruptions. To welcome the dignitaries, he directed the setup of flex banners and backdrops displaying meeting details and suggested decorating the venue with floral arrangements.
The Principal Secretary also gave clear instructions on food arrangements for the attendees, as well as the distribution of coffee, tea, and snacks during the event. Protocol Director of the General Administration Department, T. Mohan, along with officials from the IT and I&PR departments, participated in the review meeting.
