ABVP protests delay in releasing fee reimbursement

Must read

The State Government should immediately release the pending tuition fees reimbursement for students and scholarship, demande ABVP district convenor Avula Sampath on Tuesday.
The ABVP activists staged a sit-in in front of District Collectorate on Tuesday demanding the release of tuition fees reimbursement and scholarship.
Addressing the party activists, Sampath accused the State government of harming the interests of students by not releasing the tuition fees reimbursement and other benefits.
Denying post-matric and pre-matric scholarship students to the students would mean depriving them of education, he said.
Harassed by engineering and degree college managements in the private sector due to non-release of tuition fees, many students committed suicide out of agony not only in Nalgonda but also in other districts, he said.
The State government should wake up from its deep slumber and release the dues of fees reimbursement and tuition fees.
He threatened that the ABVP activists would lay siege to the secretariat and Chief Minister’s residence and bring the State government to its knees till justice is done to the students. BJP leaders Alli Sindhu, Nampelli Madhu, BandaruVenu, zonal incharges and others took part in the protest programme.
