‘Akshintala Kalasalu’ from Ayodhya reaches Nunna

Devotees gave a grand welcome to the ‘Kalasalu’, which comprised ‘Akshintalu’ and came from Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi, at Nunna near Vijayawada on Sunday. The Samarasata Seva Foundation (SSF) representatives brought these ‘Akshintala Kalasalu’ to NTR district.
The organisers performed special rituals and conducted the grand procession from the Samarsata Seva Foundation’s Ganganamma Gudi to Sri Venugopala Swamy Temple.
The women devotees performed the ‘Kolatam’ in front of the ‘Shobhayatra’. Also, Sri Yoga Abhyasa Ashram Trustee Amith Dev Swamiji, Samarasata Seva Foundation district convener Chinnam Markendeswara Rao, and others carried the ‘Akshintala Kalasalu’ on their heads and went to the all temples in Nunna village and finally reached the Sri Venugopala Swamy Temple.
Thereafter, a Hindu Sammelanam was organised at the Sri Venugopala Swamy Temple. In the presence of Sri Vasudevanandagiri Swamiji and Amith Dev Swamiji, ‘Akshintas’ were mixed in silver teeth at the temple.
Vijayawada Rural Mandal Agriculture Advisory Board Chairman Yarkareddy Nagi Reddy, former Nunna Vice-President Bhimavarapu Sivarami Reddy, RSS Pracharak Ravuri Rama Rao, Auditor Rama Rao, Astrologist Dr Mamillapalli Phani Kumar, Yogacharya Polareddy Nagi Reddy, and others took part in the procession.
