The stage is set ready for the Jana Sena party’s mega event the ‘Yuvasakhthi’ meeting to be organised on January 12 at Ranastalam village in the district.

The arrangements including the erection of barricades, construction of the stage, and making other arrangements have been completed. JSP political affairs committee chairman Nadendla Manohar inspected the arrangements on Tuesday. He saw the dais, enclosures, and security arrangements at the venue. Manohar made some suggestions to the event managers. He expressed satisfaction with the arrangements for the mega event.

Meanwhile, Srikakulam district Superintendent of police G R Radhika inspected the security arrangements at the venue today. She also spoke to Nadendla Manohar.

Later talking to the media at Rajam, Manohar flayed that as long as Jagan Mohan Reddy is the Chief Minister of the state, the state continues to incur huge losses, and ultimately the people of the state should bear the loss.

In a bid to check the loss to the state, Pawan Kalyan called on Chandrababu Naidu to discuss various issues. The YSRCP leaders were scared at their meeting, he ridiculed and asked why the YSRCP leaders were afraid at the Pawan-Naidu meeting when they have 151 MLAs.

The YSRCP leaders have set a target for themselves of abusing Pawan Kalyan ignoring the administration of the state, he slammed and asked the YSRCP leaders to focus on providing good governance and resolving the problems of people.

Manohar recalled that Pawan Kalyan on March 14, while addressing a meeting at Ippatam village, announced that he would ensure that the anti-YSRCP votes would not split. “There will be more negotiations with other parties to get Andhra Pradesh rid of YSRCP rule. We work with other parties to free the state from the clutches of YSRCP,” he made it clear.

Manohar ridiculed Revenue minister Dharmana Prasada Rao’s statement that the north AP district should be given a separate statehood if executive capital is not shifted to Visakhapatnam. It seems the ministers are unable to understand what they are speaking, he pooh-poohed, hoping that the people of the state would teach a lesson to the YSRCP in the next elections.
