HanuMan, an Indie-superhero film directed by Prasanth Varma and starring Teja Sajja, has recently become one of the biggest hits in Indian movie history. Globally as well as in India, the movie’s visual effects and technical aspects were highly acclaimed. After 50 days in theatres, the movie’s creators had yet another sweet treat when they met Amit Shah, India’s Minister of Home Affairs, who showered HanuMan with compliments for their amazing job of highlighting Bharat’s spiritual traditions and the superheroes who have come from them.
Director Prasanth Varma, hero Teja Sajja, and producer K Niranjan Reddy met Amit Shah in Hyderabad when the Home Minister visited the city to attend a party meeting.
Amit Shah shared on X: “Met the talented actor Shri @tejasajja123 and film director Shri @PrasanthVarma of the recent superhit movie Hanuman. The team has done a commendable job of showcasing Bharat’s spiritual traditions and the superheroes that have emerged from them. Best wishes to the team for their future projects”. In the pictures, we can also see another Union Minister, G. Kishan Reddy.
The movie will soon have its OTT release. On the other hand, Prasanth Varma is occupied with the pre-production of HanuMan’s sequel, titled Jai Hanuman.
