Union Home Minister Amit Shah phoned Chief Minster Revanth Reddy on Sunday and inquired about the floods in the state. The Chief Minister explained the damage caused by floods. The CM told Amit Shah that adequate precautions are being taken to prevent loss of life and he promised to provide immediate assistance. Amit Shah said that flood relief material would be provided by the Centre. The Chief Minister is reviewing the situation from time to time by speaking directly to officials and Collectors of all districts. The CM warned that adequate precautions should be taken to prevent mishaps and said that affected families will be helped
