Angelina Jolie’s son, Maddox, turns to her as ‘protector’ now

Must read

After the reported domestic abuse incident on a flight from Paris to Los Angeles in 2016, Brad Pitt’s connection with some of his children deteriorated.
The six children that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have together are Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and the twins, Knox and Vivienne, 15; in court documents, Jolie claimed that Pitt had physically abused the children throughout the flight.
Shortly after the purported incident on the airplane, Jolie and Pitt’s marriage disintegrated in 2016.
The Bullet Train actor allegedly grabbed and shook her, accusing her of “f****ng up this family,” according to her claims. In addition, the paperwork contained additional unsettling claims, such as that Pitt “hit” and “choked” one of their kids in the face. But a close aide to Pitt refuted any claims of mistreatment.
Recently, a source close to the family told Us Weekly that Maddox “rubbed off on” the younger kids because he felt badly about Pitt after the event, and that “he’s taken it upon himself to be Angelina’s protector.”
Because of this, a source claims that Shiloh’s recent decision to remove Pitt from her last name is “connected” to the rumors circulating about her father’s purported “abuse history.” The informant said, “She used to be very close with Brad and his family, but that relationship [changed] in recent years.”

The younger Jolie-Pitt children, Vivienne and Knox, have also begun to distance themselves from their father. Vivienne declined to sign her father’s name on the “Outsiders” playbill.
