Kilaru Rajesh, a close aide of Telugu Desam Party general secretary Nara Lokesh, got a much-needed relief in the AP High Court as the court disposed of the case. The CID officials have sent a notice to Kilaru Rajesh to appear before them on Monday under 160 CrPC. The CID officials claimed that Lokesh had already received the money in the Skill Development scam case through Kilaru Rajesh.
Referring to the same, Kilaru Rajesh filed a petition in the High Court to grant him anticipatory bail. The High Court heard the petition on Friday. CID officials claimed that Kilaru Rajesh has not been included as an accused in the skill scam case till now. If he is included in the case, he will be given a notice under 41A of the CrPC, the lawyer on behalf of the CID said and the high court disposed of the case.
