Anupama’s first release in this year

Pradeep Ranganathan became an overnight star after the success of ‘Love Today’. The film was made with a Rs 5 crore budget and grossed Rs 100 crore in Tamil. Pradeep is the lead actor, writer and also the director of this film. Now, the actor is coming up with a film titled ‘Dragon’ and is the lead actor. But the director is Ashwath Marimuthu of ‘Ori Devuda’ fame. The Telugu version is titled as ‘Return of the Dragon’ and it is produced by AGS Entertainment.
The interesting thing is that Anupama Parameshwaran is playing the female lead in this film. Anupama is a popular face in Telugu as she did many Telugu films and she has also proved as a talented actress. Of late, the actress is also playing glamorous characters from the film ‘Tillu Square’ and in this film also she can be seen in both shades as a performer and also as glamorous actress.
Pradeep Ranganathan portrays a young man named Raghavan struggling to achieve something in life. His relationships with Anupama and Kayadu Lohar fall apart due to his irresponsible behavior. The trailer tells that it is an entertainer, designed to appeal to all audiences, with elements showcasing the twists and turns in his life. Popular directors KS Ravikumar, Gautham Vasudev Menon and Mysskin are also seen in key roles in this film. This is the first film for Anupama releasing in Telugu this year. She is busy with multiple projects, but a lot depends on this film which is releasing both in Tamil and Telugu. Leon James composed the music. ‘Return of the Dragon’ is all set to hit the screens on February 21.
