Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) authorities on Thursday destroyed internal roads and survey stones of two real estate ventures in which unauthorised layouts were laid at Sheri Narasannapalem (SN Palem) of Bapulapadu mandal in the Krishna district without obtaining approval from the CRDA. Also, they removed water pipelines in these layouts besides destroying the drainage system.
APCRDA Commissioner Vivek Yadav has given directions to the officials concerned to destroy unauthorised layouts within the limits of the CRDA. As per directions of the Commissioner, officials destroyed the unauthorised layout at Sheri Narasannapalem (SN Palem) village and they removed the survey stones and internal roads by using excavators. The authorities destroyed the layout in the RS No.37/1C and 36/1D in this village.
APCRDA Commissioner Vivek Yadav warned the real estate people that selling plots without obtaining permission from the APCRDA was a crime and that they were punishable. Further, he suggested to people that they would lose if they purchased unauthorised plots in these layouts. Subsequently, he said that they would also be responsible for the actions.
Meanwhile, he told the people that those who purchase plots in the unauthorised layouts should not start any building construction. If anybody  purchases those plots, they would not be issued permission for construction in the unauthorised layouts, he said, and added that the CRDA would  suffered income due to these real estate ventures which do not obtain permission, he said.
He clarified that permissions would be given to the ventures that followed the rules and regulations and provided infrastructure facilities such as roads, water supply, drainage, and other amenities. He asked the people to inform the CRDA officials about the unauthorised layouts to prevent further loss to people.
