The Hyderabad City Police has issued a notification clamping Section 144 in all SSC examination centres from April 3. The order will remain in force from 6 am on April 3 to 6 am on April 14.
The notification released by the Hyderabad City Police Commissioner CV Anand said, “With a view to maintain order and to prevent obstruction of any lawfully employed person or disturbance of peace in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, under Section 144 of CrPC, I hereby prohibit the assembly of persons within 500 yards of all SSC public examination centres.”
The people exempted from the order are police officers, military personnel, home guards on duty, flying squads of the education department and funeral processions.
