Bhutaddham Bhaskar Narayana: A good thriller to watch

Must read

Detective thriller movies always have a good interest in the audience. Almost every movie that came out with that concept had good success. Now the movie Bhutaddham Bhaskar Narayana has come to the audience in the same way.  The movie created good interest among the audience as it was combined with the legend of ‘Dishti Bomma’ in the detective story.

STORY
As far as the story of the movie is concerned, it takes place in the border areas of Telugu and Kannada states. Some psycho killers are going on a serial killing spree. He cuts off women’s heads and replaces them with effigies. Detective Bhaskar Narayana (Shiva Kandukuri) steps in to solve this case. The detective who enters the case finds out the connection between the murders and the legend of the scarecrow. And who is doing those murders? Why is he cutting off the head and putting the effigy on? These things have to be seen in the theater itself.

ANALYSIS
Detective thrillers have certain expectations for the audience. There is no doubt that Bhaskar Narayana succeeded in meeting those expectations. Linking the Purana story to the crime thriller gives a new feeling to the audience. Suspense was maintained till the end. Especially the twists and turns in the second half will keep the audience on the edge of their seats.
The question of who is the serial killer will be kept in suspense till the end and will thrill the audience. Along with these thrill elements, comedy and love emotions will also impress the audience. Instead of saying something simple like that the character of the hero is a detective, telling his story from his childhood makes him connect with that character. But the director, who made the second half very well, seems to have lagged the first
half a bit.

PERFORMANCE
Bhaskar Narayana’s role is that of Siva Kandukuri Jeevaesadu. He pleases the audience as a detective with ease of acting. It looks natural to give a local touch to the area instead of black and white, as shown in all the movies. And Rashi Singh, who appeared as reporter Lakshmi, did justice to her role. The rest of the actors also did justice to their roles.

TECHNICALITIES
Needless to say, Sricharan’s classical music. Sricharan’s score has become an asset for many thriller films in Tollywood. Cinematography feels rich. The VFX output is okay. It must be said that the director impressed the audience with new content.

VERDICT
Audiences who like thrillers will like this Bhutaddham Bhaskar Narayana.
