The Telangana Assembly elections are barely 60 days away. All political parties are busy preparing their manifestos. Parties are concentrating on their opponents’ strategies while preparing manifestos to ensure that their manifesto attracts voters.
The BRS and the Congress are ahead in giving leaks about their manifestos. BRS leaders have been stating that their manifesto will blank the minds of opposition parties. However, the Congress has been saying that it will implement what they had mentioned in their manifesto 100 per cent.
Meanwhile, the BJP has not yet started its work as the party set up its Manifesto Committee only on October 5 and as it is yet to start work. However, the BJP is going to focus on BCs as they are playing a big role in all elections.
BJP Social Outreach Committee Convener Dr Boora Narsaiah Goud said that the BJP’s manifesto will do justice to BCs like never before in history. He said that they have specially set up a BC Manifesto Drafting Committee for the same.
Narsaiah said that there are 60 per cent BCs in Telangana and they are leading their lives through their traditional caste professions. He said that the BC Manifesto Draft would do justice to professional and caste associations.
He made it clear that they will prepare a BC Manifesto Draft that will do justice to BCs and it will be handed over to the party high command and the Dr Vivek Venkataswamy-led Telangana BJP Manifesto Committee.
Telangana OBC Morcha President Ale Bhaskar said that BCs were meted out injustice under the BRS and that the BJP’s manifesto will do justice to the BCs.
