BJP national secretary and Karimnagar Lok Sabha member Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Wednesday demanded the Congress government in the State fulfil its promises ahead of schedule for Lok Sabha polls are announced.
He was speaking at the Vijay Sankalp Yatra which reached Ichoda. He was given a rousing welcome by youth when his convoy reached  Ichoda.
Sanjay said the Congress was trying to take the people for a ride by delaying the implementation of six promises. Later the Ministers would throw up their hands, as if in despair, when the schedule for the Lok Sabha elections was announced and the model code of conduct came into force. The Congress government failed to fulfil promises even though 70 days elapsed since it came to power. The BJP leaders expressed the confidence that the saffron party would bag all 17 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana.
