A post on Wednesday by TPCC official spokesperson Sama Ram Mohan Reddy has created ripples in the Bharatiya Janata Party, leaving its local unit brass red-faced just a day
before Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s scheduled visit to Telangana. Shah is scheduled to visit the state on Thursday to participate in the BJP state unit meeting. Raising eyebrows, Ram Mohan Reddy posted “BJP’s CM candidate is joining Congress soon!”
Now everybody in the saffron party is discussing as to who among the BJP’s BC leaders had projected themselves as CM candidate during the recent Assembly elections. One of the BJP leaders, requesting anonymity, said that the BJP projected mainly two of its leaders as CM candidates during the Assembly elections viz. former minister Eatala Rajender and Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay. Now, the question is: who among them is Congress-bound?
Meanwhile, Ram Mohan Reddy has owned the post.
