‘Brahmotsavam’ at Chinna Kanchi ends

The second Brahmotsavalu conducted for three days culminated at the Swaminatha Swamy Temple on the premises of the Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Swamiji Temple, popularly known as ‘Chinna Kanchi’ situated at Nunna near Vijayawada on Monday. As part of the Brahmotsavalu, Swaminatha Swamy Kalyanotsavam performed grandly on Sunday night.
For the past three days, many traditional rituals were performed in the presence of Chinna Kanchi Trustee Mokkapati Sarma. On the day of Mukkoti Ekadasi, Swaminatha Swamy’s second annual Brahmtsavalu was started after performing the special pujas. On the second day, i.e. on Sunday night Swamy Varla Kalyanotsavam was conducted and a large number of devotees witnessed this.
On the last day, i.e. Monday, Chinna Kanchi Trustee Mokkapati Sarma along with the Vedic School students performed the Purnahuti programme. After that Vedic Scholars worshipped Swamy by Chakrasnanam and performed the Vasanthostavam.
Later, Swaminatha Swamy temple construction donors Maganti Satyanarayana Murthy and Madhu Rao and others felicitated Vedic School students.
