PNS|Hyderabad

About 20 people from the Nanded region of Maharashtra joined the BRS on Sunday under the leadership of BRS leader Mohammed Aqil in the presence of TS Home Minister Mohammad Mahmood Ali at a programme held at the Home Minister’s quarters in Banjara Hills. The Home Minister invited them to join the BRS and offered them a party scarf. The Home Minister said the BRS was not launched for power but for developing the nation. He said that a lot of development is going on in every TS constituency and that is because BRS workers are doing their jobs well.

He said that in 2014, the BJP came to power at the Centre and the TRS in TS. Telangana has achieved ‘extraordinary’ development in these eight years, but due to the wrong policies of the Centre, the reputation of the country is getting damaged across the world.

The minister said that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao who provided equal opportunities for the development and welfare of people of all religions in Telangana, is a practical secular leader and because of that Telangana has developed.

He said that the BRS will work to ensure the welfare of all religious groups and for national development. It mainly works for the welfare of farmers, soldiers and the poor of the country.

Mohamood Ali said that the BRS is a secular party and that K. Chandrasekhar Rao is known as a secular leader all over the country.
